Ian Rugless

Ian is a Senior Associate with the firm and holds a Diploma of Laws (BAB). He was admitted to the NSW Bar in 1978 (in-house lawyer) and admitted as a Solicitor in 1987.

Ian is highly skilled in the areas of contested probate matters, Family Provision Act applications and general estate litigation.

He advises and acts in relation to all types of property matters including commercial leases and mortgages, sale and purchase of businesses, will drafting and estate and trust administration.
