Dean Woodbridge
Dean is a Senior Associate with the firm and holds Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Laws degrees. He was admitted as a Solicitor in 2008.
Dean first joined Clinch Long Letherbarrow as a law clerk in 2006. After taking a more hands on role as a paralegal in property, conveyancing and commercial matters, Dean took time off to finish his law degree in The Netherlands. Dean returned to the firm in 2008 after graduating with a Bachelor of Business / Bachelor of Laws.
Dean now practices primarily in Property Law, Automotive Law and Commercial Litigation.
Property Law
In relation to Property Law, Dean acts on the sale, purchase, leasing and financing of residential, commercial and industrial properties. Dean has developed a working relationship with a number of real estate agents, as well as small and medium-sized developers, and consistently provides timely and commercial advice.
Dean is also licensed by the Office of State Revenue to perform in-house stamping, and has developed substantial stamp duty expertise as a consequence. Recent transactions include assisting in the acquisition of a fully-let city office block, joint-venture negotiations for a capital trust fund and a number of multi-million dollar industrial developments.
Automotive Law
In relation to Automotive Law, Dean advies both Australian and International automotive manufacturers and distributors on contractual, commercial and dispute resolution matters. Recent transactions include acting for manufacturers in negligence and product liability claims in NSW and interstate.
Commercial Litigation
Dean acts for individuals and businesses in commercial matters including breach of contract, debt recovery, trade practices and employment.
