Alfina Samaras

Alfina is an Executive Lawyer with the firm and holds a Master of Laws majoring in Family Law, and Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws degrees. She was admitted as a Solicitor in 2003.

Alfina has worked as a family lawyer in city practices and also as a Executive Lawyer in a suburban specialist family law firm. She has a passion for family law and a broad experience of more than 8 years, initially as a paralegal and as a solicitor since 2003.

She can provide advice on matters relating to divorce, parenting and children’s issues, financial arrangements post separation, financial agreements, child support issues, spouse maintenance and strategic advice. She is mindful of the need to attempt to resolve matters without resorting to litigation and is an advocate for resolving family disputes within an amicable mediation setting if at all possible.

Alfina joined the firm in 2008 and she is a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia. Alfina also speaks Italian.
